What are the health benefits of compression garments?
Compression sleeves promote overall physical health and wellbeing, enhance blood flow/circulation, recovery time, and reduce swelling. They provide relief during pregnancy, travel, edema (swelling), and help reduce varicose veins and related symptoms.
How do I know which size and compression strength is right for me?
Our graduated compression sleeves are 20-30 mmHg (millimeters of mercury). A higher compression will be felt towards the ankle with compression decreasing below the knee. If in between sizes, we recommend a size down for greater compression. With a 20-30 mmHg compression strength, our sleeves should be worn to address moderate symptoms, promote greater circulation, and provide overall comfort and relief.

Where are Sledz made?
No overseas manufacturing or knock-off imports with Sledz. We believe in using the finest materials
available with the highest quality manufacturing standards. All of our raw materials and products are proudly
sourced and manufactured in FDA-registered North American facilities.
What are Sledz made of?
Our innovative compression technology uses the finest available materials to create a 100% recyclable, moisture-absorbing sleeve that delivers optimal comfort and continuous stress-free wear for all walks of life. Sledz proprietary design includes a premium nylon and spandex blend which has been rigorously tested for safety and performance…and free of harmful substances.
How long will a pair of Sledz last? Will they maintain their compression and stretch over time?
Our sleeves will maintain their compression strength and firmness for the lifetime of the garment. Individual wear, frequency, and treatment of your Sledz all contribute to overall longevity but can expect six months or more of use with each pair.
Is your compression tested or verified by an independent laboratory?
Compression for all of our products is verified by a leading, independent laboratory in Germany. Rest assured, you’re getting the stated compression range.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We take pride in 100% customer satisfaction. No excuses. Return your Sledz within thirty (30) days of
purchase date for a full refund or exchange. You can request a return directly from your account or reply to your order confirmation email to request an order if you did not create one. Need a different size? No problem,
we’ll gladly get you the right pair ASAP.

What payment methods do you accept?

Does health insurance or my HSA (Health Savings Account) pay for Sledz?
Check your plan’s DME (Durable Medical Equipment) benefit. If eligible, most plans will provide an annual
allowance for compression socks, sleeves, and/or related garments, and reimburse you for any out-of-pocket
expenses with a submitted receipt.
Is my personal information safe with Sledz?
We take security seriously, and the safeguarding of your personal information is of the utmost importance to
us. We use SSL encryption with transmission and storage of all credit card information.
