What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of all our products. Details matter and so do you.
Sledz guarantees 100% customer satisfaction with the compression sleeves you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item(s) within thirty (30) days of purchase date for a full refund or exchange. You can request a return for your Sledz directly from your account or reply to your order confirmation email if you did not create one.
If multiple products were purchased of the same or similar size, style, or compression strength, we will honor a full refund or exchange for one used product. All remaining items must be returned unused, free from defects or wear, to be considered eligible for a refund or exchange. Original receipt and order number must be included.

How do I return an item?
When on sledz.com, log into your Sledz account (click Account on top right of homepage) and initiate a return. If you do not have an account, you can reply directly to your order confirmation email to request a return or email us at info@sledz.com including your order number.
Quick and simple:
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the steps to print the prepaid return shipping label.
- Repackage the returned item(s) in either the original shipping materials or packaging of your choice (make sure there are no other labels on it), and apply the shipping label.
- Drop in your mailbox or take to the nearest USPS branch location or blue collection mailbox.
- When your return label is scanned, you will receive an email that your return is in process. When we receive your items, we will process your return and then submit a credit to your original form of payment. An email will be sent to you when your refund is in process. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for us to fully process your return and 1-2 billing cycles for the returns credit to show up on your credit card statement.

Will it cost me to return my order?
We offer FREE returns when you use the prepaid return shipping label provided by us. See “How do I return an item?” for additional information.
Can I return products that were purchased from another seller?
We only accept returns for items purchased from sledz.com with a receipt/ order confirmation and order number. If the items were purchased elsewhere, please contact the appropriate retailer or distributor to complete your return.
Although rare, if you have a defective product, we want to hear about it. Please reply to your order confirmation email with the details about the defect and we will get back to you. Or, email us at info@sledz.com and include your order number.
How will my refund be distributed?
You will be refunded for the eligible merchandise total plus applicable sales tax paid. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion or discount, your refund may be adjusted.
Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for us to fully process your return and 1-2 billing cycles for the returns credit to show up on your credit card statement.
Refunds will be remitted in the same form as the original purchase whenever possible. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.
*Sledz reserves the right to make all final refund decisions regarding merchandise eligibility (e.g., prior wear, use, wash, damage, etc.).
